Olivet School-age Daycare

Olivet School-age Daycare is a licensed, not for profit daycare that offers flexible enrolment for children grades JK to grade 6.  It is open before and after school from Monday to Friday, during PD days and school holidays including March and summer break.  Our attentive, qualified staff give each child a choice to be active, participate in crafts and activities or play quietly.

Our supervisor, Sandy Noble, who has worked here at Olivet for over ten years, has herself over twenty years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.  She and her staff do a wonderful job.  The kids just love the crafts and activities that she comes up with, many of them are theme based around holidays and very creative!  There’s always an opportunity for children to burn off steam with physical activities or just play quietly, depending on how they’re feeling that day.  During PD days, school holidays and over the summer, Sandy organizes some special events and trips such as tobogganing at Harrison Park, swimming, bike trips, visiting the Grey Roots Museum, etc.  Special event details can be found by contacting Sandy at the daycare.

The flexible enrolment is available before school from 7:00 am to 8:50 am and after school from 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm (or 1:15 pm to 6:00 pm during early dismissal days).  Pick up is available at SVE.  Full days 7:00 am - 6:00 pm are available on PD days, or holidays such as March and summer break. 

Rates are $3.00 an hour or $25.00 for full day.  Subsidized spaces available.
